Community based assessments if carried out in the family home can be met under the funded clients certificate of Legal Representation, therefore if the matter is before the court it is possible for joint funding arrangements to be made.

Costing

• Family assessment worker £45.00 per hour
• Travel £30.00 per hour
• Mileage 55p per mile.
