Intervention and Review

Family assessment workers will undertake the proposed assessment/intervention whilst holding weekly telephone updates with the Social Workers and Children's Guardian. Reviews are held on a regular basis where a written updated summary of the progress is provided. This ensures that all parties are aware of any issues of concerns or progress made allowing the plan to be progressed as needed.
