Referral Process

Any relevant professional involved with a family can discuss a case with the Project Manager or Chief Executive.

A Referral Form and Assessment Requirements Form are required to be completed by the child/ren's social worker and Dudley Lodge will quickly identify if the referral is appropriate and will promptly give details of the timescales and costs of the assessment programme.

We develop an assessment/intervention plan that will engage the family to enable family members to make changes that will keep the child/ren safe.

An assessment/intervention plan incorporating objectives and a clear schedule of work is formulated with parents and the child/ren's social worker prior to the commencement of an assessment.
