If you would like support regarding your experience of menopause or menstrual health at work, we would warmly encourage you to speak with your supervisor or menopause champions at the Centre. Their role is to provide a safe listening space, act as an advocate for employees affected by the menopause, raise awareness, and champion our workplace initiatives.
