We are thrilled to announce we successfully completed our Thrive at Work foundation level first steps and have been awarded our Foundation accreditation and certificate.
 
This significant achievement confirms we are committed to improving the health and wellbeing of everyone in our organisation with a robust and effective, structured plan in place.
 

As part of the Thrive at Work accreditation process and in line with Dudley Lodge’s Staff Health and Wellbeing Strategy a Health Needs Assessment (HNA) was offered to all staff.  In this survey the results show that...

65% of staff rated their health good and 35% of staff rated their health fair.

94% of staff agreed that Dudley Lodge takes positive action on health and wellbeing and 93% of staff felt satisfied with their life.

Our next step is to work towards bronze level where our action plan and the Thrive at Work commitment will begin to have even more impact.
